Finnair opens new non-stop flight from Zurich to Kittilä in winter 2017, new summer routes to Stuttgart and Nanjing and increases capacity for popular destinations.
To meet the increasing demand to Finnish Lapland, Finnair will start flying non-stop from Zürich to Kittilä during the winter 2017 season each Saturday until March 2018.
In line with its growth strategy, Finnair is adding a new route to Stuttgart for summer 2018, expanding its presence in the German market. The new route, which opens April 23, will be Finnair’s sixth destination in Germany. Finnair also announced a new year-round route to Nanjing, China. This route will be served three times weekly as of May 2018.
For the summer 2018 season, the airline also increases capacity to Tokyo Narita with three new frequencies, daily flights to Chicago, three new weekly flights to Bangkok and one new weekly flight to Delhi. Finnair will also be increasing capacity on several short-haul destinations during summer 2018.
