CWT China was the first global TMC to set up office in China in 2003. Since then, we have grown from strength to strength, and are now present in five locations across the country: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Meishan and Tianjin.

Albert Zhong
General Manager, China

Albert leads CWT China across five offices, overseeing and driving our strategic growth in the country. Based in Beijing, Albert was among the first to be part of CWT China when it was established in 2003. Since then, the business saw tremendous growth under his leadership and grew from strength to strength. Albert has nearly 30 years of experience and strong relationships with both domestic and foreign carriers in the market.

Sam Li
General Manager, CWT Meetings & Events, China

A seasoned industry veteran with almost 20 years of experience, Sam leads a team of meetings and events specialists across CWT’s five offices. Prior to joining CWT, Sam was General Manager and Assistant President at one of China's largest travel companies, where he spent 10 years growing their outbound tourism business and expanding their meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) operations.

Ning Qu
Director, RoomIt, China

Based in Shanghai, Ning is responsible for strengthening our hotel content in China and ensuring that we provide the best hotel solutions to our clients. Ning brings over 10 years of experience and a diverse background. She previously held leadership positions at an OTA and wholesalers, and was the Shanghai office general manager of an Australia-based TMC prior to joining CWT in 2017.

Lynda Yao
Director, Supplier Management, China

Based in Beijing, Lynda leads the supplier management team across China. Since taking on the role in 2013, Lynda has developed an outstanding team and delivered strategic partnerships with Chinese suppliers at regional and global levels. She has over 10 years of industry experience in various roles including program management, operations and sales. Prior to joining CWT, Lynda was with the government and airline industry.

Cypher Cao
Director, Sales, China

Based in Shanghai, Cypher leads the Multinational Sales Team across China, driving creative customer solutions and delivering technology strategies to our clients. Over the 15 years in CWT China, Cypher has developed great leadership skills and deep knowledge of the industry and has been in various roles in the company, including traveler experience, programme management and sales.

Raine Zhao
Director, Program Management, China

Raine joined CWT China’s operations team in 2004 and has since held various roles from traveler experience to sales, to her current role of leading the program management team in China. Raine is an experienced leader with strong organizational skills, and with her background in operations, client management and strategic planning, she has led her team to countless successes over the years.

Janet Zhao
Senior Director, Traveler Experience, China

Since joining CWT China in 2008, Janet has led and grew the Traveler Experience team across China, delivering consistent, and quality services to our clients. Janet has more than 20 years of experience in the business travel industry. She is based in Beijing and is part of the leadership team in China.
