For better conditions on flights, travel in a group of 10 or more!
Group travel probably makes you think of guided travel with large groups of 20 people or more. That is certainly true, but you can benefit from special conditions with much smaller numbers.
According to an airline’s definition, as few as 10 travelers flying to the same destination airport constitute a group – whether they take off from the same airport or not. For example, if you take part in a seminar at the company’s head office with colleagues from various locations, that counts as a group, too – and offers advantages that you should not miss out on.
These include better conditions for changing or cancelling bookings, a fixed quota of seats and better planning security. The price is fixed from the time you book – up to 12 months in advance. And even if the flight is overbooked, your group will not be separated, but will be given preference.
Planning group travel may be more time-consuming, but that’s what we at CWT Meetings & Events are here for: We organize travel arrangements for more than one million people every year to different events and will get your group there safely, however large it is.
