We’re upgrading your CWT Portal to the new traveler website, myCWT. The new site is intuitive and powerful, with a more modern look and feel that represents a significant improvement from your current experience. You can use the site on all devices—computer, tablet and smartphone.  

We have created this resource page to guide you through the upgrade process. The documents below will help you update your travelers and organize as you prepare for launch day.

  • Client admin user guide: These step-by-step instructions and screenshots help you upload and manage content on the new website.
  • Company news: Customize and insert this message into your current company news area to notify travelers about the upgrade.


Please note: myCWT will offer a direct link to CWT AnalytIQs for travel management personnel who use it. We are not, however, including a direct link to CWT Program Management Center (PMC), as we’ll be retiring that site in the near future. If anyone on your travel management team continues to need access to PMC after your upgrade to myCWT, they can find the link here. Users will need to log in with their CWT Portal credentials.
