Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer is valid only for eligible CWT business travelers based in the US and Canada and is not transferable. Radisson Rewards® bonus points are offered by and paid for by Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) for use in promotional driven campaigns. The “Loyalty Booster Bonus Points” (Promotion) campaign will award 1,000 bonus points per night and an additional 5,000 bonus points after each fifth nonconsecutive night per unique traveler booked and consumed using their company’s corporate online booking tool approved by CWT from October 1, 2018 to November 30, 2018 at all Radisson Collection™, Radisson Blu®, Radisson®, Radisson RED®, Park Plaza®, Park Inn® by Radisson, and Country Inn & Suites® by Radisson hotels worldwide (collectively, “Participating Properties”). Only stays eligible for Radisson Rewards bonus points apply.

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must (i) be a Radisson Rewards® member; (ii) have a valid Radisson Rewards member number attached to your corporate online booking account OR CWT Portrait account at the time of reservation; and (iii) book and consume at least one (1) Eligible Night during the promotion period. Pre-existing reservations for stays during the promotion period are not eligible.

"Eligible Stay(s)" means one or more consecutive Eligible Nights at the same Participating Property, regardless of the number of check-ins or check-outs that occur during that stay.

“Eligible Night” means a night at a Participating Property that is booked at an Eligible Rate, presented in your corporate online booking tool approved by CWT or via CWT To Go AND identified in the Participating Property’s reservation system as eligible for points. Both the check-in and checkout dates of the Eligible Stay(s) must take place during the Promotion Period.  There is no limit to the number of bonus awards a member can earn during this promotion.  Bonus points will be awarded within six (6) weeks of departure of eligible stay.

By participating in this promotion, participants release Radisson Hotel GroupTM and its affiliates from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages in connection with the promotion.

Radisson Rewards points cannot be earned or redeemed at prizeotel® and this offer is not valid for stays consumed at prizeotel®.

CWT reserves the absolute right at any time without assigning any reasons to add, alter, modify, change or vary the Promotion Terms and Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion. Changes to the Promotion Terms and Conditions are applicable to any behavior or activity that takes place after the date of change. If, for any reason, this incentive is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this incentive, CWT reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the incentive.
