CWT continues to drive IHG's global travel program
10 AUGUST, 2015
Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) has announced that it will continue managing the travel program for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies. CWT has held the contract for IHG’s global business travel since 2009 and will continue to do so until at least 2017.
IHG recognized CWT’s proactivity, responsiveness and consistent customer service when awarding the contract extension.
Cathy Voss, executive vice president, Global Program Solutions, CWT, commented: “Like CWT, IHG places great importance on connecting people, so we are delighted to have the opportunity to build on our existing relationship. We believe that through our outstanding customer service, online booking tools and increased use of mobile technology, we can drive further value for IHG moving forward.“
