CWT boosts offshore and Aberdeen expertise with appointment of David Sinclair
14 JULY, 2015
Aberdeen-based David Sinclair is now business development manager for the energy, resource and marine sector for global travel management company Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) in the UK & Ireland.
As a travel management company specialising in offshore travel to high-risk locations, safety and security remains a high priority to CWT and its clients. David will be at the SPE Offshore conference and exhibition in Aberdeen from 8-11 September on stand 1A86, offering advice on offshore savings, travel policy, safety and security, crew rotations and more.
David’s past six years’ experience in business travel in Scotland dovetailed from nearly 20 years in airline operations for a variety of domestic and international carriers. His extensive industry knowledge spans clients in the energy, resource and marine sector. David said:
“We are seeing increasing scrutiny of air fares, in particular on high frequency routes. Our forecast for 2015 highlights that more companies will be encouraging travellers to keep compliant to policy so travel managers can make better deals with suppliers.”
Companies interested in how to make savings, appeal to a new generation of travellers, or keep ‘rogue’ travellers on policy, and press wishing to find out more on CWT’s price forecasts, technology and trends should make an appointment with David on stand 1A86
