Let’s get started! Follow each step below, in order of sequence, to complete your launch of Business Travel Solutions with CWT. If you have any questions along the way, please contact your BTS Representative.

Here is an overview of what to expect from today until Go Live Day.

 

Step 1

 

 

 

This step is very important and must be completed as soon as possible.

Fill out the implementation form and return it back to your BTS Representative as soon as possible. If you have any question as you fill this out, please contact your Representative.

Introduce Business Travel Solutions to your travelers and let them know what changes to expect with your new and improved travel program. Customize and distribute this template to on your company letterhead or branding.

You can also customize your online portal with important information that you would like to make available to travelers, including phone numbers, travel policy, and other pertinent documents.

Booking as a Super User

As a Super User, if you will be booking travel for employees, and/or if you need to set up VIP Travelers, please follow these instructions.

 

Please keep in mind: You must first complete Step 1. You must first have received your Portal Pin mailer. If you have not yet received this, please contact your BTS Representative.

If travelers will be booking their own travel, they will need to create a Traveler Profile with CWT.

In order to do this, share with them instructions on how to Self-Register and create their own Traveler Profile. Once this step is complete, they can begin booking travel with CWT. Super Users should NOT Self-Register.

**Note. You must first complete Step 1. You must receive log in credentials via email. Log in credentials must also be shared with travelers. If you have not yet received log in details, please contact your BTS Representative.

How to set up travelers with VIP level of service.

Create a new account for a new traveler, or for a new employee.

Travel Arranger instructions

If you are a travel arranger (not a Super User) and will book travel for travelers, please follow instructions here.

Please note that travelers must select you as their travel arranger first. Travelers can do this during Self-Registration (see Step 6).

Let your company know your new CWT travel program will be launching soon.

Customize this communication template to help your travelers understand that your launch date is fast approaching and they must complete self-registration. Travelers can also learn how to book travel with CWT. Customize and distribute this template to on your company letterhead or branding.implementation form and return it back to your BTS Representative as soon as possible.
